Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange EAD (IBEX EAD), a subsidiary of Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, announces that the traded volumes in the last Day ahead auction session have reached an absolute record reaching 35 865.20 MWh for the delivery date 01.01.2020. The average load is 1494.4 MW.
This is the highest traded daily volume since the Go-live of the Day ahead market on January 19th, 2016. In 2019 the Operator has reported a total of six records.
