The Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange EAD (IBEX) closely monitors and takes very seriously the dynamically evolving situation related to the COVID-19 outbreak in Bulgaria and globally.
Accordingly, the Operator has taken timely measures to ensure the smooth running of the organized power exchange in Bulgaria. Despite the state of emergency in the country, our focus and efforts will continue to be concentrated on ensuring the continuous operation and providing high-quality service to all our partners. All trading platforms and all auction sessions are running normally. No extra unscheduled system breaks are foreseen.
IBEX acts strictly in accordance with the authorities' recommendations related to the protection of the employees of the power exchange and its clients. In this regard, we urge all trading participants to use only electronic cоmmunication to contact IBEX.
