Concerning the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission decision НО-1/27.01.2016, IBEX is designated as a nominated electricity market operator for the territory of Bulgaria in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management, for four years period.
